As a licensed professional counselor, author, speaker, and adjunct professor with over 25 years of experience, I help people navigate life’s most challenging moments. Drawing on specialized training in trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and addiction, I am dedicated to helping caregivers, families, and professionals learn to self-regulate, build resilience, and engage in self-care without guilt.

My book, Always on Duty (released June 2025), earned the Amazon New Release rankings of

#1 in Family Health and #2 in Social Psychology and Interactions. Knowing the challenge of being a caregiver, my goal is to provide tools and insights to manage the daily expectations without finding yourself lost to burnout and compassion fatigue.
